Hello, I’m Daniel, 15 years old, and I have Tourette’s Syndrome. I’ve always loved the world of baking, and everyone knows me as “Daniel Patisserie”. How it all started, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I was at home and bored, my tics got worse – so I decided to start baking. It quickly became a real passion. A year later, I started filming the process of making desserts and documenting it on social media.

I was invited to the Knesset and told my story to the Children's Rights Committee, the Committee on Boycotts, and the Committee on Age Restrictions for Social Media Use. I shared about my struggle with Tourette's Syndrome, what What I went through in school and how, thanks to baking and social media, I managed to become stronger and not be afraid to be who I am. After that, I was invited by the CEO of Meta Israel to visit who
